    Up to $250,000
  • How much is my Savings account federally insured?

    Up to $250,000 per social security number, not per account.
  • How do I access my full account number?

    • During business hours, you can call and we can give it to you.
    • If it is outside of normal business hours and you need access to your full account number, combine your member number (found on your monthly statements/eStatements) with the suffix for the account being used.
  • What suffixes apply to which accounts?

    • Savings - 000
    • Other Savings - 001-029 (varies based on how many Savings account a member has)
    • Checking - 070 (can go up to 079, suffix subject to changed based on how many accounts)
    • Cha-Ching Checking - 070
    • Christmas club - 040 (can go up to 049, suffix subject to changed based on how many accounts)
    • Checking Non-Interest Bearing (Business Accounts) - 080 (can go up to 089, suffix subject to changed based on how many accounts)
    • IRA - Educational - 065 (can go up to 069, suffix subject to changed based on how many accounts)
    • ESCROW Savings - 030 (can go up to 039, suffix subject to changed based on how many accounts)

  • If my card gets declined and your office is closed, who do I call?

    You can contact our debit card provider, SHAZAM, at 855-219-5399. Also, we encourage you to download the SHAZAM BOLT$ mobile app. Register your card through the app so you can make person-to-person transfers, temporarily block and unblock your debit card if it goes missing, locate an ATM nearest you and more!
